Smitty’s Boiling Crab Pot & More is where the sea and my southern heritage come together for a finger-licking good time.
In rural South Georgia, there are so many small towns with very limited places to dine outside of one’s home,
and I wanted to create such an opportunity. What I humbly created is a food truck business
where I serve seafood and southern cooking.
Our goal is to provide the freshest seafood in the Southeast area, promote cleanliness and professionalism, and keep
our customers satisfied. Our menu is made up of familiar seafood items but with a twist. We offer fish, jumbo shrimp,
king crab, garlic eggs, garlic corn, sausage, home fries, wings, and more.
Our home base is Lumber City, Georgia. We travel all across Georgia and will readily make a trip to Florida.
There is no festival or event too large for our part. We bring flavor wherever we go.
